1. Illegal seizure and retention of state power.

In violation of the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, citizen Lukashenko and a number of his accomplices deprived citizens of "the right to elect and be elected", having removed the main candidates from the presidential campaign. He threatened reprisals against members of territorial election commissions and refused observers to supervise the expression of the will of citizens. He, with the assistance of citizen Yarmoshyna, forged ballots and protocols and falsified the election results. After that, having carried out a series of murders, he subjected people to torture and violence. He carried out a coup d'etat.

In accordance with Article 357 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus: a conspiracy or other actions committed with the aim of seizing or illegally retaining state power are punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to twenty-five years, life imprisonment, or the death penalty.

2. Killing people

In 1998 on the orders of Lukashenko, the former Minister of Internal Affairs, the chairman of the officers' union Yuri Zakharenko, the chairman of the Central Election Commission Viktor Gonchar, businessman Anatoly Krasovsky, and the cameraman of Russian television Dmitry Zavadsky were killed. He fully admitted his guilt, stating that he personally “gave the command to destroy these “scoundrels”. We are talking about the actions of the so-called “death squad” created by order of Lukashenko - a group of law enforcement officers who were engaged in the physical elimination of crime bosses and opposition figures.

In accordance with Article 16 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the organizers, instigators and customers of the murder are accomplices in the crime.

For this, in accordance with Article 139 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, imprisonment for a term of eight to twenty-five years, life imprisonment, or the death penalty is provided.

3. Murder of people on the territory of foreign states.

According to the former head of the KGB Zaitsev, Lukashenko personally gave the order to liquidate the journalist Pavel Sheremet on the territory of Ukraine.

Article 289 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus qualifies the murder of people on the territory of a foreign state, which led to the emergence of tension between states, as an act of state terrorism and is punishable by imprisonment for a term of ten to twenty-five years, life imprisonment, or the death penalty.

4. Torture.

At the moment, hundreds of cases of torture against Belarusian citizens for their political views have been documented. In accordance with Article 128 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, torture defines “actions in which any person is intentionally inflicted with severe pain, physical or mental suffering”. Torture also includes "deportation, unlawful detention, or other acts of atrocity committed in connection with political beliefs."

No criminal cases have been initiated on any of the facts. This testifies to the fact that Lukashenko personally is responsible for the torture, who either leads or covers up the facts of torture, humiliation and beatings of citizens of Belarus.

In accordance with Belarusian legislation, the use of torture by officials is punishable by imprisonment for a term of seven to twenty-five years, life imprisonment, or the death penalty.

5. Calls for civil war and the use of weapons against citizens.

Lukashenko said that the armed forces should not prepare for an invasion by NATO, but for the suppression of citizens' protests against the elections stolen from them. That is, he admitted that he was ready to use weapons against his own people. Article 123, part 2 of the Criminal Code of Belarus. War propaganda committed by persons holding high public office is punishable by imprisonment for a term of two to five years, with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.

6. Corruption on an especially large scale.

Lukashenko has repeatedly admitted to accepting bribes on an especially large scale. The withdrawal of budget funds abroad, the allocation of free plots of land to close “businessmen”, the use for personal purposes of funds transferred by state enterprises to Lukashenka’s personal fund (the so-called “presidential reserve fund” and “presidential affairs management”) are qualified as acceptance of material values by an official or the acquisition of property benefits provided in connection with the position held. In accordance with Article 430 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, these actions are punishable by restraint of liberty for a term of three to ten years with the deprivation of the right to hold certain positions.

7. Terrorism

Lukashenko, using his position and impunity for all the crimes committed, for the sake of personal revenge on the journalist Roman Protosevich, who covered his atrocities during and after the elections, stole a foreign civilian plane with more than 140 passengers. Under the pretext of mining and threatening a combat aircraft of the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus, he forcibly landed a plane flying in transit over Belarus from Athens to Vilnius at the Minsk airport.

8. Aggression against Ukraine

In accordance with General Assembly resolution 3314 (XXIX) of December 14, 1974

Статья 3

Article 3 Any of the following actions, regardless of the declaration of war, subject to and in accordance with the provisions of article 2, will qualify as an act of aggression:

(f) The act of a State allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to be used by that other State to commit an act of aggression against a third State;

WE HAVE ONE GOAL

No civil war

It is in the interests of all Belarus, as well as the international community, to arrest the person who actually gave the order to shoot civilians for the sake of retaining personal power

Return the law to Belarus

In this case, Belarus will have a chance to regain their right to:

  • free elections provided for by the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus;
  • release of political prisoners;
  • investigation of the facts of murders, tortures and beatings of civilians.
International community

Europe will be spared the existence of a regime that is ready to kill, torture and suffer citizens in order to maintain personal, unlimited power over an entire people.

Civil servants are interested in arresting Lukashenka

Officials do not want their master to be overtaken by the fate of Ceausescu or Gaddafi, who were torn apart by citizens for giving the command to use firearms against civilians.

AVOID HISTORICAL SHAME!

Belarus Army

If weapons are used against their people, the army will cover itself with indelible shame. After all, it will enter its first battle in history not for the territorial integrity of the country, not for the freedom and independence of its people, but against peaceful citizens. But there is no honor, no dignity in shooting at unarmed people. Anyone who has served in the army understands that the use of weapons against an unarmed person is a manifestation of outright cowardice, worthlessness and meanness.

Even the Nazis did not use military forces against civilians in occupied countries. For these purposes, they formed special teams, which recruited the last scum
