BYPOL received shocking new information about the current Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs, police Colonel N. N. Karpenkov, who previously served as the head of the GUBOPiK of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as well as about Lukashenko's plans to turn Belarus into another "North Korea". In October 2020, at a farewell meeting with the personnel of GUBOPIK, N. N. Karpenkov spoke about new types of special weapons that have entered service and have a great traumatic force, which should be used against citizens, as well as about the ways of their use for the onset of a fatal outcome. At the same time, he assured his subordinates that Lukashenko personally guarantees impunity for such actions on the use of these weapons and special means. In addition, he informed about the dictator's plans to create a special camp for the indefinite resettlement of persons who repeatedly took part in protest actions (the camp is planned to be created on the basis of the correctional colony No. 22 in Ivatsevichi, the so-called "wolf holes"). For this purpose, the Ministry of Internal Affairs has created a single information system "Riots" (the name is given in the original transcription), which contains information about all persons detained for participating in unauthorized mass events.
